Tell it like it is.

It’s good to have copy that sells, but good copy is not only about selling.

On the web, good copy is valuable content - something your readers want to know, find amusing, want to share, are invested in. That’s the content part.

Then there’s language and tonality: well-written content doesn’t confuse your readers. Maybe it makes them think, maybe it makes them laugh. But it shouldn’t leave them wondering what all that was about. Why? Because they don’t have time to wonder, and, frankly, they may just not care that much. Good copy makes them care by being relevant.

With good copy, you can create a space in which your readers feel welcome, involved with your brand, taken seriously.
